2. Services Description

Smart Agriculture provides precision agriculture services including but not limited to:

• Farm mapping and GIS services
• Field plan software solutions
• UAS pilot development programs
• Precision crop spraying
• Crop health monitoring
• SmartHive monitoring systems

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when using our services
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials
• Using our services only for lawful agricultural purposes

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Smart Agriculture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in our services are owned by Smart Agriculture or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
